ACML Director Rizky Adhi Prasetyo explained that the company would start to enter the 3PL Logistics business, following the subsidiary establishment.

The establishment of this subsidiary, Rizky noted, was a milestone for ACML to strengthen its position as a Logistics company, especially in micro distribution service. In fact, ACML service in micro distribution was initiated in 2014 to serve shipments in the Sadang, Bekasi, Jatiasih, Rangkas, Serpong and Tangerang, in a bid to distribute FMCG (Fast Moving Customer Goods).

Rizky believes that this subsidiary will help ACML to provide more complete services, from currently only dry cargo to dry and cold cargo. ACML has also used capex in 2022 to build cold storage and operate refrigerated vehicles in the Pandeglang, Banten-West Java to support ACMD’s business.

To support sustainable business development, ACML, through its ACMD subsidiary, will continue to execute new ideas with various targets that have been prepared to be achieved.

ACMD plans to penetrate the market to distribute its products to business areas in Pandeglang, City of Cilegon, Serang Regency, and Lebak Regency to meet the needs of 1,583 General Trade outlets (grocery stores) and Modern Trade (mini markets, supermarkets and hypermarkets) with a potential coverage area of 7,790 km square.

With the product distribution plan that will be carried out by ACMD, this is an opportunity for ACML to further strengthen its line of operations so that it can offer services at the best prices for its customers.

Rizky also said that after the inauguration of ACMD’s subsidiary, ACML will continue to focus on developing its business activities to create an integrated logistics ecosystem. Rizky is optimistic this strategy will help ACML to reach its yearly target. ACML targets to achieve revenue growth of 35% YoY.
