PT Terminal Teluk Lamong (TTL) has successfully conducted its 2026 External Audit of the ISO Series Integrated Management System, reinforcing the port operator’s commitment to safe, efficient, and integrity-driven operations.

The comprehensive audit reviewed four international ISO standards: ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety), ISO 50001:2018 (Energy Management), and ISO 37001:2016 (Anti-Bribery Management).

The evaluation aimed to verify that TTL’s business processes are effective, safe, and compliant with principles of integrity, while supporting the company’s strategic objectives.

An independent external auditor led the review, beginning with an opening meeting, followed by field inspections, and concluding with a closing session. Teams across TTL actively contributed, providing documentation and operational evidence from 2025 that demonstrated the integrated management system’s effectiveness in real-world operations.

M. Syukur, TTL’s Director of Operations, highlighted that the audit extends beyond certification. “Integrated ISO implementation helps TTL maintain consistent service quality, enhance occupational safety, optimize energy usage, and strengthen bribery prevention. This directly improves operational reliability and builds stakeholder trust,” he said.

Syukur added that combining multiple ISO standards into a single audit poses challenges, requiring rigorous preparation and coordination.

“However, the integrated approach is more efficient and produces more comprehensive results. By auditing all management systems together, we shorten the process while gaining deeper insights into operational performance,” he said.
