The terminal operator received the Indonesia TOP Digital PR Award after scoring 87.46 points, recognizing its digital communications strategy, positive online reputation, and stakeholder engagement efforts
PT Terminal Teluk Lamong (TTL) has won the 8th Indonesia TOP Digital PR Award 2026 in the state-owned enterprise subsidiary category, recognizing the company’s digital communications strategy and reputation management.
The award, presented by Info Ekonomi and Tras n Co Indonesia on June 30, followed an assessment of organizations’ digital public relations performance, including online media presence, public sentiment and digital awareness.
TTL received a final score of 87.46, exceeding the organizers’ minimum qualification threshold.
The organizers said the award recognizes state-owned enterprises, their subsidiaries, regional government-owned companies and financial institutions that effectively use digital communications to engage stakeholders, strengthen corporate reputation and adapt to the evolving digital landscape.
“Technological developments, artificial intelligence and changes in the way people consume information have created both challenges and opportunities for communications practitioners,” Info Ekonomi Chief Executive Arief Munajad said in a statement.

“The ability to deliver relevant, transparent and impactful communication has become a key factor in maintaining a company’s reputation,” he added.
TTL Corporate Secretary Syaiful Anam said the recognition reflected the company’s commitment to maintaining transparent and credible communications.
“This award encourages us to continue delivering informative communications that strengthen public trust,” Syaiful said. “A company’s reputation is a strategic asset that must be maintained through consistent, transparent communication and by creating value for stakeholders.”
As the operator of Indonesia’s first semi-automated container terminal, TTL said it has integrated corporate communications into its broader business strategy by regularly publishing updates on operational performance, digital transformation, port services, innovation and corporate social responsibility initiatives across digital platforms.
The organizers evaluated participants between February and April 2026 using three criteria: digital media performance, digital sentiment and digital awareness. Companies were also required to maintain at least 80% positive coverage within the first five pages of search engine results and achieve a minimum overall score of 70 points.
TTL said the award reflects its efforts to strengthen public trust and support its business transformation through digital communications while reinforcing its position as a modern container terminal operator focused on innovation, sustainability and service quality.
